I’ve never read a book by Natasha Madison, and from the blurb of Southern Chance, I thought it sounded right up my romance alley. Well, it was, and it wasn’t.
Sometimes reviews are tough to write, especially when you didn’t like a book because it just seems like too much of other books you’ve read. And that’s how I felt with Southern Chance, I’ve read it before, nothing that was different or unique about the characters.
There are a lot of different plot lines going on, most of them were for the secondary characters, and so they weren’t resolved and didn’t feel needed. Overall, it just couldn’t keep me invested.
